| Do you remember that weekend four game series sweep against the Twins where the Yankees won three of the four games in walk-off fashion? Well this is the third one from the Sunday afternoon. Johnny Damon does the honors this time with a solo shot in the 10th. Nice ending that was tremendously exciting in the context of the weekend. Less so on a replay...unless they edit out the 8 walks issued by Yankee pitching. That would be pretty tough to sit through again. But worth it for another exciting win in a very memorable weekend that must have shell-shocked the Twins. |
